Laboratory Services, LLC will bill your current insurance plan once your test has been reported to your doctor.

Once your current insurance plan has received and processed your claim, you will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showing your insurance coverage. This is not a bill.

You will receive a bill from Laboratory Services, LLC once the claim is fully processed. You may also receive a check from your insurance. If the explanation of benefits shows Laboratory Services, LLC as the service provider, please endorse the back of the check and mail it to:
